We are looking for a bright, outgoing, friendly individual to help manage the daily onshore operations of our busy sailing club.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high standards in the hospitality sector and creating a welcoming environment in a Members’ club.
This position is full-time, 5 days a week, to include working evenings and weekends when required.

Operations & Events Manager – Requirements
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
- Planning and organisational skills
- Communicate effectively at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail and standards
- Understanding financial aspects of running a commercially successful food & beverage operation
- Excellent customer care skills
- Experience of Health & Safety legislation and licencing is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for running front of house team, their performance and training
- Bar and cellar management
- Organising and running all onshore social functions and events for members and non-members
- Costing of day-to-day activities and events
- Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
- Ensuring excellent levels of customer service standards
- Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to
- Managing stock control

We are recruiting for F.O.H and Bar Staff in preparation of the busy Sailing season ahead.
Excellent rates of pay and bonuses offered for the right candidates and the chance to work at one of the best locations on the Island.
Experience is desirable, however training will be provided.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operating and serving at the bar
