Gemma Wall – General Manager / Club Secretary / Club Welfare & Safeguarding Officer
Gemma manages the team of staff and oversees the smooth running of the Club, acting as the information and reference point for the Commodore, Flag Officers and Committee members. Gemma is also responsible for supporting the well-being of young and vulnerable members.

Laurence Blackburn – Sailing Manager & Club Coach
Laurence is responsible for the development and successful running of all on the water activities and training at the Bembridge Sailing Club.

Charlie Daish – Head Boatman
Charlie 
helps to maintain the Club’s fleet of boats and acts as part-time Boatman during races.
He also assists with boat parking and carries out mark laying, as well as building and grounds maintenance.
