Our Bembridge One Design fleet races at weekends from Easter to the end of September and every day during August.
Whilst the majority of our sailing is in the waters off Bembridge, a number of keen sailors regularly participate in Cowes Classics Week.
The Class is very welcoming and helms are always willing to introduce members to the joys of sailing these wonderful boats. They are straightforward boats to sail with no spinnakers. Therefore if you would like to crew in a BOD please contact us or turn up at the Club an hour before the programmed start time and we would be happy to take you out.
Also during the summer there are two informal “BODA Weekends” to introduce members to these boats and a series of GUSTO Training sessions aimed at members of all ages and ability. We also have our own WhatsApp group to keep everyone up to date with our plans.
